• Quick-Freezing Mode: The quick-freezing mode rapidly reduces food temperature from 194°F to 0°F, freezing 26.5 lbs. in just 238 minutes. This process prevents the formation of ice crystals, minimizing juice and vitamin loss, and is suitable for both cooked and raw foods. Cooked foods can be stored at 0°F for up to 2 months, while raw foods can be stored for up to 12 months.
• Automatic Preservation Mode: After completing the quick-cooling or quick-freezing process, the machine automatically transitions to a preservation program. This mode maintains the food’s center temperature, functioning as a regular refrigerator; however, it is not intended for long-term storage.
