That's why we proudly offer FREE shipping on all our appliances, whether they're shipped as small parcels or less than truckload (LTL) freight shipments. No hidden fees or extra charges – just straightforward savings. **Exclusions Apply**

 

Shipping Methods:

  • Small Parcel Shipping: Smaller items and accessories are shipped via FedEx, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
  • Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Shipping: Larger appliances and bulk orders are shipped using LTL freight services. Our logistics team ensures that your items are packaged securely for transit. Please provide accurate contact information to facilitate the scheduling of delivery appointments with the carrier.


Shipping Times: We work diligently to process and ship your orders promptly. Estimated delivery for most items is 7-10 business days.


Shipping Destinations: Koolmore offers shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We are continually exploring opportunities to expand our shipping options.


Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate to prevent delays. Although we make every effort to accommodate shipping address changes, we cannot guarantee any changes requested more than 2 hours after your order is placed. If your require a shipping address change, we ask that you call or email us at  support@koolmore.com.


Shipping Damage or Issues: If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery for prompt assistance at support@koolmore.com.

 

**Shipping Exclusions**: Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Customers shipping items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any island off the coast may contact customer service to obtain a shipping quote before their order can be processed.
