Items must be returned in their original packaging.
All original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
Items that have been opened, installed, used, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed based on the item’s condition and compliance with this Return Policy.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before initiating a return so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or may experience delays in processing.
